              Types of Home Inspections

Full House: This type of home inspection consists of Plumbing, Heating, Air conditioning, Electrical, Roof, Structural, Windows and Drainage.

Add-on: Additional inspections may be added with the Full House home inspection such as, Swimming pools, Hot tubs and Sprinkler systems.

Video Inspection: When further examination is needed because of normal visual restrictions, we have the capability of inserting a camera into inaccessible areas and even record our findings. Examples: Under floor HVAC ductwork.

We also perform comprehensive Commercial Building inspections.

           Residential Home Price List:

Full House home inspection $200.00* with 1 bath
*price based on home with 1 bath in the Oklahoma City metro area and fee paid at the time of the inspection. Additional baths add $25.00 each. 
Additional fee of $25.00 for crawl space.
